When will my order be shipped?
All stock merchandise will be dispatched for shipment within 3~5 working days of receipt of order. Please allow an additional 5~7 working days for custom-made or alteration service. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. Our available shipping options are (1) 15-day Registered Air Parcel; (2) 4-6 days Global Express Delivery. All shipments sent by 4-6 days Express Mail Delivery is at our sole discretion via China Post Express Mail Service, depending on type and weight of merchandise and your location. The related tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your package is shipped out from our warehouse.
How long would it take to receive my items after placing order?
The total time required would be order processing time plus shipping time. A rough estimate for delivering to any major city in the world would be as below:
Stock Orders with Air Parcel Shipment: ~ 13 to 15 working days
Stock Orders with Express Shipment: ~ 6 to 8 working days
NOTE: For request of urgent delivery, please specify when ordering and we might be able to shorten the lead time if condition permits.
What about out-of-stock items?
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

Do you accept wholesale order?
Yes, in view of our price at little profit margin, the wholesale price is close to retail price. Please click here for details.
Who pays for import custom duty?
Cheongsamwholesale.com does not take responsibility for any additional fees or charges imposed by your local authorities when bringing in goods from other countries. Kindly check with your local authorities on the costs and rules when buying goods from overseas.

How do we pay?
Currently we use
PayPal or 2Checkout to process our payment. Simply check out with your
shopping cart and you will be brought to PayPal or 2Checkout site to
complete the payment.
What credit card do you
accept?
2Chekout accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. You can also transfer fund from your bank
account into 2Checkout. Please refer to 2Checkout for

What is store credit?
Store credits are dollar credits offered to a customer by Cheongsamwholesale.com (e.g. in the event of item exchanges, reimbursements, etc). You will be given a unique store credit number by our staff if you encounter any of the above circumstances. Store credits belonging to the customer are carefully recorded. The customer then has the leisure to redeem his store credits anytime from our website at their convenience. Simply insert your store credit number into our store credit field in our order form when you checkout. We will do the necessary billing adjustments when processing your order.

standard postal service is base on China Post Airmail table rate! Optional express
shipping is possible.

What is the delivery
time?
Estimated delivery time is 12 to 25 days by
standard postal service. Please order early in case of exception.
How do I track my order?
Standard
postal service currently do not provide tracking. If you had
requested for express shipping we will send the tracking
number to you.
Can I return the item if I am not satisfied with it?

You may cancel the order within 12 hours, otherwise, may be subject to certain fees. we will charge you a 15% cancellation fee. If the order is shipped out, it can't be cancelled.
The custom-made items can't be cancelled if the faric is cut. Otherwise, we should charge 70% cancellation fee.
What is the cancellation fee? How much?
For ready-made order: A deduction of 8% bank service fee will be imposed for cancelled orders to offset the charges of online credit card payment gateways. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
For custom-made order: A deduction of 8% bank service fee will be imposed for cancelled orders to offset the charges of online credit card payment gateways when the order was placed within 12 hours.we will charge you a 70% cancellation fee.
